Meet Dr Yuleena Cheung (Chiropractor)

YuleenaLong before she stepped into a clinic, Dr Yuleena was already captivated by the human body’s ability to repair, adapt, and thrive. Her first academic steps were in nutrition, but she soon realised something was missing. The missing piece? A balanced nervous system.

Once she encountered chiropractic, the pieces clicked into place. It gave her the deeper, hands-on connection she had sought all along, and an understanding of what true healing really meant, starting at the root where it all begins.

Building on a Foundation Rooted in Science

Dr Yuleena holds a Master of Chiropractic and a Graduate Diploma in Chiropractic Science from Macquarie University. She also earned a Bachelor of Science in Anatomy and Physiology from the University of Sydney. Since graduating in 2015, she’s remained committed to expanding her skills and is currently training in the Neural Organisation Technique to further support her patients’ structural and neurological balance.

Why She Loves What She Does

There’s nothing more fulfilling than seeing someone reconnect with what they love because their body feels freer. I’ve watched people come in unsure, holding back… then walk out with confidence, energy, and a renewed sense of control.”

Dr Yuleena loves working with people of all backgrounds and believes everyone has a story worth listening to.

Empowering Patients Beyond the Clinic

Dr Yuleena’s approach is rooted in movement. Her goal isn’t to place limits but to help people feel ready to return to the activities they enjoy, whether that’s weightlifting, dancing, surfing, or simply playing in the yard with the kids. It’s about rediscovering freedom, on your terms. She supports this mindset by living it herself: she lifts weights, runs, dances, practices Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, hikes, swims, sketches, and cooks meals that nourish both body and soul.

Fun Fact: She’s a Dog Magnet

Dr Yuleena may be known for her chiropractic care, but she’s also known for being the first one to greet a dog at the park. If there’s a wagging tail nearby, she’s probably already crouched down for a scratch behind the ears.
